Quotations are subject to supplier confirmation, product availability, documentation requirements, logistics conditions and transaction-specific commercial terms.

Prices, delivery timing and availability may change due to supplier pricing, freight, insurance, customs, market conditions, currency movements or documentation requirements.

Incoterms and delivery terms are agreed separately for each transaction.

The customer is responsible for destination-country import requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rivo Global Limited may coordinate documentation and shipment-related communication, but freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection providers and other service providers act as independent third parties.

Rivo Global Limited does not accept prohibited, counterfeit, military, controlled or unauthorized goods.

Orders may be declined where product type, destination, documentation or commercial rationale is unclear.

Refunds, cancellations, partial shipments and order changes are subject to the agreed commercial terms of the relevant transaction.
